La Panamericana Ceviche and new world cuisine.

Ceviche is prepared in all countries of the Pacific Ocean basin, where since ancient times it is customary to eat raw fish. This restaurateur is inspired by the variety of new world ingredients to create original, surprising dishes. The concept for the brand tries to follow this idea to reflect the eclectic, inventive and colorful nature of this original cuisine.

With this background as inspiration, we designed a colorful, dynamic identity as well as taking on the design, production and photography of Emiliano Reyes´ recipe book.
