We developed a new brand positioning and identity for Princeton Investments, a multi- disciplinary property investment and development company actively managing property assets for over 70 years in the UK, Europe and the US.
Princeton Investments had been operating successfully for years and in several markets without a strong identity, basing their business primarily on word of mouth and reputation. Management realized that the company required a strong and recognizable brand and to bring uniformity to communications, to highlight achievements such as historic and on- going projects, company history and vision, etc.
In developing a brand positioning and identity we did thorough research into their competition and the property investment and development sector in Princeton Investment’s key markets. We determined how they wanted its brand to be perceived, leading us to developing key communications messages, elements and formats.
