Brand Positioning, strategy and Identity

Inversiones Centenario is a Peruvian real estate company focused on 4 key segments: developments, homes, apartments, offices and shopping centers. Our task was to reposition the existing brand identity and create a brand architecture that would address the company´s expansion and development into distinct market segments. We kept the original identity, but with improvements and changes to accommodate the three business units: Offices, Housing Development, and Shopping Centers.

We created a graphic resource we´ve called shutters that accompanies the identity that aims to contribute to building an original and differential visual language for the brand. The inspiration for this device comes from the ideas of transformation, dynamism and of the transparency of tones and hues that are projected onto a wall by light passing through window blinds.

We developed detailed user guides and manuals for the corporate brand and for each of the business units.
